The County of Dublin

Two issues with this question.

Firstly: in the Quiz League, it's never a good idea to set a question that includes its own answer. If the first team answers correctly it's an insult to the other team, and if the first team thinks it's a bluff and answers something different, it just makes them look ... well, silly.

And secondly: the County of Dublin ceased to exist in 1994, when it was replaced by three counties: Dún Laoghaire–Rathdown, Fingal, and South Dublin. As far as I can make out, all three include parts of the city itself.

As I've said before: I'm surprised that even one person thought it was a good idea to set this question, but I'm amazed it got through the vetting process.
